What data we collect and why
- Order data (first name, last name, address, phone, email, items purchased): to perform the contract, deliver the goods and issue an invoice. Kept for 10 years in line with accounting requirements.
- Correspondence (emails, messages): to answer enquiries and administer the warranty. Kept for 3 years.
- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited): for the security and operation of the website. Only anonymous data is used for analytics.
Who we share it with
Parcel carriers (Omniva, LP Express, couriers) – only the data needed for delivery; for accounting purposes; and state authorities that have a legal basis to request it. We do not sell data.

We use essential cookies (shopping cart, login). We do not use marketing cookies.
