These rules set out the terms of purchase and sale in the online shop laptops.lt, operated by UAB DIVER.LT (hereinafter – the Seller).
1. Order and contract
The contract is concluded when the Buyer places an order and receives the Seller’s confirmation by email. Product prices are in euros and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, informing the Buyer and refunding any amount paid.
2. Payment and delivery
Payment and delivery methods and terms are set out on the page Delivery and payment. The item is dispatched once payment has been received.
3. Warranty and returns
The warranty terms and the 14-day return procedure are described on the page Warranty and returns. The Buyer’s rights under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Protection are not restricted.
4. Personal data
Personal data is processed to fulfil the order in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Disputes
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
